The team at NET Recruit are working with an independent marketing business located in the heart of Bournemouth to support them in their search for an ambitious Account Executive to join their growing team. The position is primarily responsible for directly liaising with the high calibre of clientele that the business works with, to ascertain their needs, produce accurate briefs based on these and work together with internal teams to deliver final results that exceed client expectation. Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Actively supporting the client services team in their ability to deliver services for existing accounts and potential customers
- Ensuring that the team are well managed, and that business goes according to the plan
- Assisting the project managers with the variety of projects to be worked on from initial brief through to delivery to the client
- Giving assistance at events to help set up, briefing brand ambassadors and being on hand to help with any other tasks
- Providing insightful briefs for the designers that meet client requirements, imputing amendments and then sending design concepts to clients once created
- Creating relevant documentation to support the projects, including purchase orders and specifications
- Handling elements of social media, creating post content, generating images, reporting on analytics and creating strategic plans
What you will need to Apply:
The company is searching for ambitious account executives to apply for this role, who are eager to build their career within the marketing industry. Some previous experience in managing accounts within a marketing environment is desired alongside a creative and inspirational mindset. Soft skills in this role are vital to fitting in with the team and showing the willingness to progress. Excellent communication skills, proactively liaise with multiple stakeholders throughout the process, and a good proficiency with IT and social media would be beneficial. To succeed, the successful candidate will need to prove they are organised, able to generate accurate documentation and communication.
What you will get in Return:
As the successful candidate you could receive a starting salary of up to £25,000, which will largely vary on if previous relevant experience is possessed. The package associated with this position will include a holiday allocation of 30 days inclusive of bank holidays, with an additional 3 days off at Christmas and also a day for your birthday. As well as this, the company provide comprehensive medical cover and an administration concierge service to support each employees' needs.
The company desire a successful candidate to be in the office as much as possible, however they are happy to discuss possible hybrid working solutions, with the possibility of this being changed to allow one day working from home.
