About the role
As a Video Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring video production relating to learning content is carried out on locations across the UK. You'll work with the capability partners, capability design managers, TBS and business stakeholders to design the most cost effective and time efficient solution for creating video or photographic materials to build into learning content.

You will be responsible for
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:
- Partnering across the capability team to ensure we have relevant, up to date video and photographic content for all our learning materials.
- Full time role required (could be filled through a job share opportunity) as filming requires the flexibility to be on-location according to business needs.
- Be available on-location for set-up and testing the location before the shoot
- Responsible for planning and preparation responsibilities related to video / photographic production
- Collaborating with capability partners and design managers to storyboard and produce a plan for filming
- Be responsible for scheduling and shoot listing associated with the date
- Ensure the material we produces is as diverse, inclusive and accessible as possible.
- Work closely with TBS on various elements of video production to ensure end to end delivery of the product.
- Plan, script and organise filming and editing of learning and development content
- Continually develop and create new ideas and solutions for learning content and learning channels
- Commercially savvy, is able to manage budgets, timelines and deadlines.
- Works with the governance team to help prioritise incoming requests with the capability team overall priorities.
- Ensure we strive for a learner lead, simple and accessible group capability offer that is data led and supports our strategic priorities
- Work seamlessly across the people operating model and wider capability PoE (UK, Group & TBS) to respond to the changing needs of the business in an agile manner whilst always keeping the learner experience at the heart of everything we do.
- Maintain expertise and continued professional development, be a thought leader in your space and strive for continuous improvement across the capability catalogue,
- Use data & analytics to critically review and evaluate existing development solutions. Present data in a compelling way to report back to the business, make recommendations for improvements and support future business cases.
- Championing and role modelling our Win Together behaviours, contributing to a cultural change programme across the Tesco group & actively driving a culture of learning.
