Overview:
Element has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Global HR Director - Corporate Functions to partner with the Functional Leaders and their team to provide strong leadership in the execution of high quality, consistent Element People processes across the functions including Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance Management, Organization & Talent Development, Compensation Planning & Reviews
In this role , you will be supporting a positive change management culture in alignment with the overall Element customer centric strategy. As a member of the Senior HR Leadership Team, the HRD is expected to participate and collaborate on various strategic and tactical HR projects with other HRDs
You will be based in London Head Office Covent Garden (Hybrid 3 days)
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Chief Financial Officer, Chief People Officer, General Counsel, Group Director Communications, EVP Commercial Excellence, EVP Corporate Development, EVP, Chief Digital & Technology, and their leadership teams globally

Provide strategic HR direction, build high performing teams, and infuse a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, and career development

Manage a team of two HRBP’s and dotted reporting line for Talent Acquisition Managers, establishing and executing talent development plans

Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement programmes ensuring positive, compliant, productive employee relations environment

Ensure employee compensation competitiveness in internal as well as external market by partnering with Element global Compensation & Benefits

Anticipate and plan for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with leaders while preparing and managing senior level Service Agreements, Settlements, Redundancies
Skills / Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a HR Director essential, ideally within fast paced, commercial multi-site organisations

Suitably qualified with either a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, and CIPD or equivalent preferred

Extensive knowledge and experience of relevant employment policy and legislation along with substantial proven performance in delivering solutions across the employee lifecycle

Effective leadership skills with an ability to motivate, support and develop team members

Results driven strategic thinker having excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and change management skills

Strong personal values corresponding with Element Values

Willingness and ability to travel at least 20%
