Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision of the risk management system
• Performance of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) or equivalent
• Monitoring, validation and analysing economic capital requirements
• Risk identification and assessment in relation to the Europe BU
• Carrying out ‘second line’ risk management in relation to the business and operations, including risk monitoring and assessment, and providing risk management tools and guidance
• Oversight of the implementation and ongoing compliance with the risk management framework
• Recording and investigating operational events and supporting a strong risk management culture
