The Investment Property Office (IPO) is responsible for the development and management of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including Commercial Lab & office, Build-to- Rent and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation. The portfolio is West London focused, where Imperial has a significant and exciting development land pipeline in White City and North Acton. The IPO’s main aim is to generate material streams of unfettered income that can be used to support Imperial’s academic mission, as part of the College’s financial strategy of diversification.
As the Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for putting in place a robust contracting framework with all internal and external service providers and ensure successful management and co-ordination of contract negotiations. Extensive experience of contracts management within Facilities Management is required for this role.
