RPS is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator within the Learning & Development Team in the UK&ROI Consultancy Business. The L&D Coordinator will organise the delivery of training and development, maintain all digital learning content and manage all professional qualification administration. Alongside this they will also support the L&D Team in all projects related to training, learning, development and talent.
This role would suit an experienced coordinator wishing to stretch themselves in a unique environment, who is passionate about developing others. We are a small team operating in a fast-moving firm, so you need to be efficient, agile and pragmatic within the role.
The role can be based from our offices in Manchester, Huddersfield, Birmingham, London with hybrid working.
What you'll be doing
This is a unique and exciting role, working within the business in this fast-paced, organisation. The successful applicant will report to the Learning & Development Manager and will have a key role to play in supporting the L&D function. This role is critical to ensuring we retain and develop our people and retain our ILM Direct Centre Status.
You will coordinate the planning, design, delivery, implementation and evaluation of all learning and development activity across the business, ensuring that the activity is captured, integrated and evaluated within the LMS and ILM/City & Guilds operating systems. You will produce monthly reports to be presented to the L&D Manager and HR Team.
- LMS administration and content management, taking a lead role in maintaining and updating the system.

Plan, organise, communicate and coordinate learning and development activities across the business, as appropriate, and play an active role in the launch of new L&D initiatives, ensuring that all activity is captured centrally within the LMS.

Keep all delegates informed of their expected attendance at internal and external training courses and organise their timetables.
- Coordinate campaigns for the Graduate Programme
- Support the HR, L&D and Resource Team in coordinating inductions for new members of staff.

Support the L&D Manager and L&D Team in the delivery and evaluation of L&D interventions across the business for managers and teams, within both face-to-face workshops and virtually, using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Work with the L&D Manager to evaluate L&D programmes against agreed KPIs supporting any action to improve quality where appropriate.
Who we're looking for

You will have excellent IT skills, with the ability to produce learning materials using both Microsoft Office, Articulate and eLearning platforms.

Methodical, organised and self-disciplined

Good knowledge and experience of working with an LMS and ILM/CMI qualifications

Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

A CIPD Level 3 L&D and/or AET qualification is desirable but not essential.

Able to deliver/assess training in line with ILM/CMI standards.

Must be willing and able to travel across the UK&ROI as required.
