Our partners range from Consumer brands, MVPDs and Telcos to retailers, device and OS partners and include brands like Sky, EE, Google, T-Mobile, Telia and more. The successful candidate will have deep experience building and implementing a strategic approach with clients and/or partners, and owning creative strategy - with an approximate 50:50 split between the UK and other countries.
As partner facing creative strategists and gatekeepers for the brand, this role will ultimately be responsible for setting the creative strategy, ensuring business objectives are met and the narrative throughout the work reflects strategic intent.

Translating our brand/marketing requirements into a set of creative objectives, briefs and output that aligns with our partners’ ambition and ultimately resonates with consumers

Introducing new partners and their agencies to the Netflix brand, creative guidelines and workflow to guide future campaigns

Developing partner creative workshops that lead partners to breakthrough thinking

Updating partner marketing tools for region (toolkits, educational materials, assets) to evolve our creative output

Working with partners, and local agencies to develop big, innovative, content-driven ideas to execute across paid, owned and earned media

Owning partner creative feedback and output from brief to execution to approval of all activity

Owning and directing design for Netflix-produced assets to be used by our partners, including creation, curation and delivery

Extracting creative brief from partners (objectives, audience targets, budget) whenever possible

Brand Guardian, owning the representation of our brand across all touchpoints and assets by ensuring our brand guidelines are respected

Presenting key work on a monthly/quarterly basis to a larger team with a focus on country team education

Upstream collaboration to make the most of upcoming titles, marketing shoots and agency briefings. Own the internal relationships and socialization of creative to ensure good alignment with all relevant stakeholders

Content Services & Legal: obtaining approvals per title and campaign to ensure all work is legally sound and adheres to our talent and studio agreements

Leverage x-f expertise including production, campaign operations and marketing to deliver on our partners needs efficiently

Experience in all media, with a meaningful body of work to share

Strong experience in brand and/or consumer marketing

Experience and palpable passion for building great content marketing programs that are unique and scalable.

Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and drive results with the biggest partners, while still giving love to, and doing great co-marketing with smaller partners

Experience in Nordics and Benelux markets/languages would be beneficial
