About the opportunity
Our People Operations team influences every aspect of the employee lifecycle from job application, through to first day and throughout their career with us. We enable our managers and our people, by designing and implementing intuitive and unfussy HR processes.
We’re looking for a curious HR Coordinator to join our People team. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you’ll be able to deal with ambiguity and show resilience in the ever-evolving landscape of our fast-paced business. You’ll be a key member of the People team, adding value to every aspect of the People function. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, employee relations issues and champion our values throughout the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to start their career in a small people-focussed team where you will gain exposure to all areas of HR. Alternatively, you may already have some exposure to People Operations and would like to develop your skills with hands on experience in an international tech company.
Key responsibilities

Administering and organising our benefits package
- Management of our People system and files ensuring our data is always compliant, accurate and up-to-date
- Becoming an expert in our core values to help us hire to them and therefore uphold and enhance our culture
- Supporting and guiding Managers and Guestliners on policies, procedures and employee relations queries
- Actively contribute to initiatives and projects such as DE&I, early careers, employee engagement, learning and development programmes
- Providing the very best candidate experience by orchestrating the interview process across all platforms, including face to face, telephone and video. Ensuring candidates and hiring managers are kept in the loop at all times and delivering bespoke feedback to candidates at each stage
- Communicating our HR frameworks to the business - this is a real opportunity to put your stamp on how we bring the HR experience at Guestline to life
About you

You know how to do this - you have, or are working towards, CIPD Level 3 qualification
- You’re meticulously organized - you are methodical by nature and regularly find ways to improve processes to maximise efficiency
- You’re a self-starter - you can deal with ambiguity and manage your time well. You work from your own initiative with a proactive approach
- You can multitask seamlessly – we’re a small People team, you’ll be confident working at a fast pace without compromising the quality of service our People team offers
- You’re bold and prepared to drive change – you use learning techniques, soft skills and lead by example to inject new ways of thinking wherever needed and you’re not adverse to trying new things in order to deliver the best possible service
- You’re kind – one of our most important attributes in a Guestliner, you’re easy to work with and you’ll go out of your way to help others, feeling proud when others around you succeed
- You relentlessly think Guest – thinking of the Guest comes second nature to Guestliners, we put a customer lens on all that we do. Your “Guest” will be your internal customers, who you will always consider when carrying out your role.
