An exciting opportunity to join the EMENA Marketing team as a Media Manager - Europe. You will be based in the UK and responsible for the Media and Connection strategy across the EMENA region.

A bit about the role...
Reporting to the EMENA Marketing Director, the Media & Connections Manager is a knowledgeable thought leader in the areas of Media Beliefs, Media Productivity and Media activation. You will lead the creation and implementation of the Media & Connection strategy across EMENA, owning the creation of overall regional plans, cross-channel budget allocation, in flight cross-channel optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure the delivery of business and brand objectives via holistic media and connections strategy, including owned, earned and paid media as well as shopper activations
- Lead the end to end media process from regional connections strategy to execution of country media plans
- Leverage latest media trends to better connect with Costa brand audience via passion points and new channels
- Analyse media usage to identify opportunities to optimize media investments and marketing effectiveness
- Provide media insights, performance reporting and translates data sets into actionable results as well strategic revision that align with the growth objectives
- Secure omnichannel alignment of all consumer communication touchpoints: store, owned channels and paid media
- Connect with Coca Cola Company media teams to secure alignment on principles, ROI optimization strategies and best practices

- Significant media, marketing and strategic experience within EMENA markets
- Direct experience in media agency or with media agency management, media strategy, media planning and negotiation, as well as social media channels
- Deep understanding of the evolved media landscape
- Track record in media strategy and media planning, including owned, earned, and paid media
- Experienced in ROI optimisation strategy and dynamic planning optimisation
- Experience in maximising ROI with limited media investments
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse, multi-geography team
- Leading strategic conversations, negotiations, and alignment with senior and key stakeholders
