Job Description
The role is for an all rounder, who can work in a cafe/dessert lounge. Looking for individuals who can serve customers at the table, prepare different specialised coffees and other beverages on the menu such as milkshakes and juices and prepare and make certain food items such as brunch items, toasties, wraps and salads as well as sweet options like crepes, waffles, cakes and gelato. I want someone who is willing to prepare salad items and fruits and keep other necessary ingredients ready for what is required on the menu. The role is for individuals who would like to work in the daytime and weekends. Also part of the role like in any cafe or restaurant will require a certain amount of cleaning such as hoover, mop, and general cleaning of the premises. General hygiene and cleanliness of all surfaces and machinery and equipment is also a very important part in choosing the right candidates.
Barista, waiter or waitress experience and food/dessert making is defintely very useful. Also experience in making crepes and waffles would be very good.
Looking for extremely enthusiastic, bubbly, caring, loyal, hard working, honest individuals who can add something to the cafe and interact with the rest of the team and all our loyal customers who are happy to work flexible hours as well as weekends.
There is also chance to be promoted from team members to team leader as we are also looking for experienced staff to fulfil a team leader role/manager role after initial training and based on their work

We will have perspex screens in place throughout the counter, as well as automatic hand sanitisers in place for every customer and a temperature gun for each individual which will be compulsory before entry and masks are mandatory.
