The client are a market leading organisation within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry, who due to continued growth are looking for an additional HR Administrator to join their friendly and supportive HR team on a permanent basis. Please note this is an office based role in Leighton Buzzard.

As a HR Administrator, your key duties will be:

• 
  Recruitment and Selection: Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and verifying employment eligibility.
• Be the first point of call for any incoming HR queries, and distribute accordingly
• 
  Employee Records Management: Maintaining employee files, updating employee information in the HRIS system, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• 
  Employee Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits
• 
  Performance Management: Assisting in the performance review process by tracking performance review deadlines, collecting employee self-evaluations, and coordinating with managers to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinating and note taking in meetings
• 
  Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs, tracking training completion, and maintaining training records.
• 
  Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries and resolving issues related to HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and other related matters, escalating where necessary
• 
  Payroll and Timekeeping: Assisting in the preparation and processing of employee payroll, tracking employee time off, and maintaining accurate employee records
