Star Future ( https://autismstarfuture.com) is hiring part time BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to service our clients in bay area.
Star Future is an ABA company that dedicated to the care of children on the autism spectrum disorders. We provide home and community-based intervention at children’s customary environment.

BCBA’s Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and running ABA programs
- Develop individualized treatment recommendations based on assessment results
- Provide training to the families of each client on client specific behavioral and skills programming
- Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
- Provide direct supervision to RBT trained staff following BACB guidelines
- Provide field supervision to behavior technicians as required for cases
- Collaborate with team of BCBAs
- Support staff in meeting productivity requirements
- Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
- Active BCBA or BCBA in progress (required)
- Who Speak Mandarin Preferred
- Clear background check (Star Future will assist in getting the needed clearances)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Experience providing behavior analytic services/consultation
- Willingness to work in a variety of locations (center, patient home, etc.)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
