Location: Lancaster Royal Infirmary
Salary: £19,400 FTE rising to £20,000 FTE
Hours: Various posts ranging from 21hrs to 35hrs per week.
Hours negotiable with the successful candidates. These hours will be worked on a rota basis covering the hours of 9am-7pm including some weekends and Bank Holidays (BHs paid at double time)

If so, we now have the role for you! We are recruiting Hospital Aftercare Service Wellbeing workers who will be based in Lancaster Royal Infirmary.
Nobody wants to stay in hospital for longer than they need to and the current pressure on the NHS to discharge patients as soon as they are medically fit is considerable. Our service supports hospital discharges across the Lancaster area for anyone over 18 years old or who may have suffered a period of illness that has affected their independence.
