Bramah HR is recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a fantastic business operating in education. This is a busy role for an experienced and confident individual looking for the next step in their HR career. The role will be based near Worthing in West Sussex and is offering a salary up to £28k & hybrid working for the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Respond to recruitment queries via the HR inbox, escalating as appropriate including correspondence with applicants, vacancy enquiries and sending outcomes to unsuccessful applicants
- Partner with recruiting line managers to discuss their recruitment needs and advise on the best method of recruitment and selection process
- To complete relevant safer online recruitment checks for all shortlisted applicants, escalating any concerns to the Human Resources Manager
- Liaise with recruiting line managers regarding their requirements for temporary staff and ensuring agencies supply us with the required safer recruitment documentation prior to start dates and ensuring the line managers notify HR of any changes
- Responsible for managing the Leaver process including updating the HR system and Payroll Officer, drafting leaver letters and collating exit interview responses
Skills
- Level 3 or 5 CIPD or a willingness to obtain these
- Strong organisation, administration, telephone and interpersonal communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels whilst working under pressure
- Experience of working in a similar role with medium volume recruitment
