Job Description
Weekend and weekday availabillity is essential for this role. Day to day tasks of an assistant party coordinator include but are not limited to the following jobs:
- Creating party bookings
- Follow up on leads
- Collect any outstanding balances for upcoming parties
- Help to set up and run parties on the day
- Assist the party coordinator with various tasks
- Be the main port of call for party information and assistance in the party coordinators absence
- Creating new ideas to maximise profitability and ensure customer satisfaction
Party hosting experience is preferable but not a necessity as all training will be provided. Being a hard worker and having a good attitude is a necessity though.
