We are the first stores to be launching in the UK offering same day insurance repairs. With our store being in the centre of Solihull, You will be the face of the company and first contact with our customers, providing a level of knowledge and understanding for our customers needs. With a successful and established franchise business model in the US, we here in the UK will become the number 1 repairer of tech devices.
We plan to become the fastest growing tech repair specialist with the vision of being the pioneer in the tech repair market by providing our customers with the fastest, most convenient and professional tech repair service. There will be a Pocket geek Tech repair store in every major city in the UK very soon offering the best repairs and services in the industry and you will have the opportunity in shining in our first wave of stores.
What is your role?
We are seeking a motivated and sales orientated customer representative to join our growing team in our Wolverhampton or Solihull store. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust, and create a personal experience to be remembered. You will be booking in customers devices for repair and ensuring a smooth journey from broken device to have it fixed ideally within 1 hour. You will be the friendly face of pocket geek and the help to resolve any issues customers may have.

We are looking for people who are level headed, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. It can be a demanding role and you’ll need to be able to commit to some weekend work as well as week days, but for the right person, it’s an amazing opportunity to work for a brand new franchise with big ambitions in the UK to becoming the market leaders in tech repairs. For those who can apply themselves to overachieving will come opportunities for development within the company.
We're looking for advisors with experience in a sales industry who are rather technical with a variety of devices, that are confident in face to face communications that can really highlight the benefits of what we can provide to our customers. Previous experience in repairs is also a bonus to the role however, this isn't a requirement.
We will be selling mobile phones, accessories and services to our customers and a good base knowledge in these areas is beneficial but not necessary as constant training and coaching will be provided and will be key in keeping up to date with the latest tech. We're looking for applicants that have some experience in a similar role. (example experience in Carphone warehouse, electronical retail or KPI based sales)
