We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- To control the day to day work of the Technical workshop.
- To be responsible for meeting the required production volume by the effective motivation and control of all technical aspects of the operation including,
- oversee the Technical workshop, PDI, Demo safety check, parts and warranty controllers and processes attached and other Technical resources.
- To evaluate the productive performance of individuals and monitor this through 1-2-1's and daily tool box talks
- Manage Technicians and Technicians
- Recommend improvements to team/environment and tools as appropriate.
- To work closely with the Bodyshop Manager and Deputy General Manager and the site peers to ensure the delivery of sustainable, operational and process improvements where identified.
