Office & People (HR) Manager
We are searching for an experienced Office & People (HR) Manager to provide generalist support for 65+ colleagues across Office/Facilities Management as well as HR Management, Administration, systems, polices and process’.
Due to the nature of the position the role will be predominantly based on-site, in our state of the art offices in Media City, Salford.
This is a Maternity Cover Contract, from the beginning of May for 6 months.
The role
A dual position split between administering the office on a day-to-day basis as well as being accountable for ad-hoc employment relations and people activities (with the support from a shared service operation).
Main areas of responsibility
» Being the first port of call for any visitors and colleagues, ensuring the office facilities are maintained and managing key supplier relationships.
» Liaising with the main building reception, responsible for escalating relevant messages and updates to colleagues regarding their visitors, post, events etc.
» Accountable for the day-to-day Employment Relations and People Activities (including shared service operations), partnering with Payroll, Recruitment and other areas where appropriate to ensure a high quality of service to the business.
» Confidently take responsibility of the Employee On-boarding and Off-boarding process for the UK Branch.
» Take ownership for engagement, well-being and team building events.
Desired skills and experience
The Office & People Manager should already come with a HR Background/Qualification
and/or will be CIPD qualified, as well as having a proven track record in working in a varied role, including being involved with activities such as Health & Safety, Office Co-Ordination, people analytics, employee relations, administration and/or facilities.
