Hours: 36 hours per week 8.00am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday (45 minutes for lunch)
Working weeks per year: 52 weeks
Grade: Scale Points 05 - 06
Salary: £23,949 - £24,342 per year

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced and committed Caretaker who will be working across our schools within Woodland Academy Trust on a rota basis to support our Premises Managers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their skillset and experience, work within different teams and who appreciates and enjoys the varying opportunities each day can bring.
As a caretaker, you will work under the guidance of the schools’ Premises Managers to ensure that our schools are clean, safe, secure and well maintained. This post will involve undertaking general caretaking duties at each of our schools, working to a fortnightly rota of 2 – 3 whole days per school site, covering two schools per week. The successful candidate will also be providing for overtime opportunities to support and cover the Premises Managers during times of absence.
The successful candidate will value working as part of a team, be able to use their initiative, be flexible, personable and interact professionally with the school community. You will have an awareness of Health and Safety, a good customer service ethos and a can do, proactive attitude.
