Our company is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as Receptionist. As a member of the front desk team, the Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing clients to the appropriate persons and dealing directly with some customers who have product or service issues. While a secondary responsibility is answering calls and relaying information, the main focus of this position is providing immediate and effective customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet clients and guests.
- Handle general enquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Order office supplies
- Manage room bookings.
- Keep the workplace clean and safe.
- Present the company.
