Aspens Staff Shuttle Bus Driver
Location: Cornford Lane, Pembury
Hours of Work: up to 30 - 35 hours (per week)
Salary: £10.00(per hour)

About the Role:
At Aspens We work across Kent and Sussex; supporting individuals with autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities across residential care homes, supported living homes, day services and our fantastic outreach programme.
Our main site in Pembury is the work place of many hard-working staff who require assistance in reaching the site. Your role will be to support the transporting of staff to and from Cornford Lane and a number of designated pick up/ drop off points.
In addition to your transportation duties, you will also be required to perform simple vehicle maintenance, report damages and complete relevant paperwork as well as building good relationships with the staff using the shuttle, and attending training and meetings as requested of your team.
About You:
This role is perfect for you if you are looking for a role with flexible short shifts.
Monday - Friday (14:00 - 16:00 and 18:00 - 22:00)
As one of our shuttle bus drivers you must have a full, clean driving licence which legally enables you to drive a minibus (D1), or have a PVC licence or PSV operator licence. You should also have the ability to drive a minibus and ideally have some experience of having done so before.
You should have knowledge of how to perform basic vehicle service checks (e.g. testing tyre pressure) and it would beneficial if you had some further mechanical knowledge also.
Finally, it would beneficial if you live locally and know the area well.
