The role will also involve occasional cover for the Older Adult CMHT Clinical Lead.

We are looking for a highly skilled and competent practitioner, who is motivated and committed to delivering quality and evidence based care, as well as supporting and developing the skills of other practioners in the team.

Applicants should have post registration clinical experience of a minimum of 5 years, preferably working in a community mental health setting. They should be able to demonstrate the appropriate clinical and interpersonal skills required to be an inspiring and trusted clinical lead.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be expected to provide robust clinical support and supervision to the team and enable them to develop their own clinical skills in a nurturing environment. You will take responsibility for supporting the team manager in implementing service developments that ensure quality service delivery. You will be responsible for a reduced caseload of more complex cases. You will support team members with complex cases and enable patient flow through carefully planned transition work.

You will be offered a thorough induction period to orient you to the team processes and service delivery. Access to transport for work purposes is essential.

Please see job description for more details or contact the team.
