Workshop Administrator/Receptionist (Automotive)
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £24,600
Shift: Monday - Friday days (Plus alt saturday mornings)
Contract: Permanent
Do you have experience working as a Receptionist or Administrator in the Automotive sector?

Interested in working in partnership with an award winning commercial vehicle dealership?
As a Workshop Receptionist your role will consist of:
- Dealing with customer queries and updating on further work that may need carrying out to vehicles
- Obtaining details from customers in relation to requirements for servicing and repairs work
- General admin duties
- Front of house on the service reception desk to greet customers
- Updating customers on progress of vehicles
- Managing customer records on the system
