We are seeking an ambitious Digital Analyst to join us on our exciting digital transformation journey.
As a Digital Analyst you will be integral to delivering insightful and actionable recommendations, through reporting, and analysis; with a focus on establishing best-practice processes and enabling data-driven decision making across RAC products. The role will be embedded in one of our 3 Digital Value Streams.
What you will do:
- Directly contribute to digital squads to ensure a data and customer insight led approach
- Evaluate the digital journeys continuously, focusing on surfacing insight that informs ab testing hypotheses utilising Adobe Analytics, Glass box and Adobe Target
- Create dashboards to provide the squad and key stakeholders with exceptional and easy-to-use reporting.
- Develop ways of automating data collation and manipulation to improve process of business reporting.
- Working alongside data teams to improve ways of working and enhance understanding of our digital data
- Focus on identifying click to conversion inhibitors and make recommendations on tests or developmentUse expertise and trading insight to contribute to the delivery of accurate forecasts
- Develop and iterate upon audience, profiling and segmentation to inform squad decisions
- Assist with effective customer segmentation and profiling across multiple channels and platforms.
- Independent development of complex cross-device and cross-platform analyses, reports and tracking concepts.
- Manage analytics system to ensure data is collected and reported accurately (custom reports, marketing channels, data classifications, etc) across web and app.
- Support the maintenance and enhancements of the insight tools and platforms.
- Provide users with access to relevant analytics systems and training to self-serve and improve internal capabilities.
- Create and maintain automated analytics reports and dashboards across the business.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint review and sprint retrospectives.
- Work closely with the agile team and business stakeholders to understand the needs of the business.
- Support the team throughout the sprint, clarifying user stories and providing solution guidance
- Experience in Adobe Analytics
- Can confidently demonstrate use of reporting tools – such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics & Microsoft Excel (experience of SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker or Google Data Studio desirable).
- The ability to present and communicate data in a meaningful and actionable way.
- Experience of managing and prioritising multiple ongoing tasks.
- Experience in evaluating AB tests to optimise conversion and engagement online and in app.
- Great relationship management skills, with both internal and external partners.
- Ability to deal well with ambiguity and enjoy problem solving
- A basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as PPC, Social, Affiliates, SEO and Display.
- An enthusiastic, ambitious and driven personality.
- A creative mind – open to, and not afraid to try, new ideas.
- A strong commercial mind, who can spot good opportunities
- Experience in tag management and tracking frameworks for analysis is advantageous
