Job Description
We are looking for an administrator/personal assistant to join our family run supported living service in Macclefield. While this job will include a lot of administrative work, we are interested in hiring a candidate who is empathetic and supportive as the role will include working with adults with learning disabilities within their home as well as at the central office. The right person for this job will be able to create strong personal relationships with clients, staff team and senior team who will appreciate your dedication and willingness. We'd love to find someone with a background that includes admin/PA experience as well as some experience with care software systems in particular Access and People planner.
Responsibilities:
- To assist the registered manager and house seniors in the admin and compliance for three supported living accomadations.
- To ensure all audits and matrices are up to date and in line with procedure.
- To asssit with onboarding and recruitment.
- To read and respond to emails.
- To assist in the upkeep and ongoing needs of the software systems.
- To assist in the clear communcations between staff and management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.00 per hour
