Skills and experience
Experience working with ServiceNow modules like, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and Integration Hub in a multi cloud and multi-client environment.
Experience creating complex workflows for automation of cloud deployments
Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow Dashboards and Reports
Experience delivering in an ITIL environment
Experience of DevOps & cloud practices across major public cloud providers
Service Design and Operations
Multi cloud platform understanding
Good understanding of service-oriented architecture, software application architecture and the ability to consult with customers about these topics

Role Description and Responsibilities
A ServiceNow Specialist is required to join the new Cloud Managed Services function within PwC Operate Digital with responsibility for the successful implementation and support of our ServiceNow platform.
The ServiceNow Specialist will engage with all projects which require multi cloud platform integrations and be responsible for the ongoing support for ServiceNow in a multiple client environment.
The ServiceNow Specialist will also establish and build relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless end to end delivery for our clients and work closely with our Application Managed Services team successful client go lives.
Develop and implement ServiceNow modules and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements.
Develop workflows and scripts to automate and improve business processes.
Understand detailed requirements for design, implementation, test automation and delivery of complex customer solutions.
Solve complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
Provide service management reports to support SLA compliance
Driving process optimisation, efficiencies and productivity automation
Engage with the technical teams to produce detailed designs of requirements.
Establish working relationships across all Operate Digital team members such to achieve the best result for the customer.
