Deans are looking for an Office Administrator.
We are looking for someone with administrative skills to work closely with our buyer and sales departments. This involves processing customer orders, works orders and sending out of invoices. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, willing to learn and has strong attention to detail, and who takes a pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn to process wages and credit control.
Ability to Work without Supervision; Communication and Customer Service Skills are vital; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs would advantageous.
Mon-Thur: 8:30am to 5pm and Fri 08:30am to 3pm
Starting salary £22000 with review after 3 months.
