3 days a week (Sunday-Tuesday)
Chacewater Garden Centre is a fast growing retail business which prides itself in delivering the best service to all our customers, whether they are novice or experienced in gardening knowledge. This role is primarily to work on the till, serving customers and taking money for purchases.
You must have exceptional customer service skills, be confident and polite. Horticultural knowledge is not required as you will have plant experts on hand who can assist you with any customer plant questions. You will be required to learn the products that we sell and learn where to find them in the shop.
Previous experience of EPOS tills would be a massive advantage as would any good computer knowledge/ experience. You will also be required to learn our policies and procedures so that you are able to carry out certain tasks on the till system such as: refunds, returns and credit notes, completing loyalty care applications, checking stock balance and cashing up the till at the end of the day.

- Knowing how to handle difficult customers and resolve any issues well.
