You will work on a team that provides a wide range of reporting and analytics support to our Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs) in 50+ countries, manages our MDP compensation and equity programs and supports several MDP ‘life cycle’ events (e.g., lateral hiring, promotions, departures, and transfers).
In this position, you will develop a deep understanding of the global framework that shapes incentives, via the design and execution of the annual performance evaluation process and compensation and equity programs for MDPs worldwide. You will work closely with other PSG teams and Finance functions including Tax, Treasury and Global Accounting. The work is challenging, visible to BCG leadership and requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The Data Analyst role will support a range of analytics, assist in automating operational processes and enhance reporting by applying visualization best practices and data storytelling techniques. The role will be responsible for various deliverables including:

Executing and reviewing Excel models and visualizations to help leadership gain new insights into the compensation & equity model and enable senior stakeholder decision-making processes.

Responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of MDP scenario projections and ensuring all adjustments are recorded in accordance with specific country’s program parameters.

Developing reports, dashboards, and metrics to address MDP needs using Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL.

Building your digital knowledge to develop and implement solutions that automate recurring processes and improve controls.

Preparing analysis and reporting to appropriately address impacts of compensation and equity transactions by various geographies.

Engaging with other PSG teams to continuously support data transformation activities such as data cleansing and data validation

BA/BS degree (or equivalent) required-

PSG is the function responsible for the leadership and operation of all aspects of evaluation, compensation, equity, and HR for our MDP cohort. The PSG team is within the Global Services function. Global Services (GS) consists of a varied range of functions providing corporate support of BCG's business and strategic priorities for example, Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, IT, Risk, PSG and more. This diverse team of experts, operators and specialists represent all levels from MDP to entry level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries. The role will be part of the PSG Analytics & MDP Support team and will work closely with the PSG Com & Equity team and other sub-functions within PSG.
