An established firm of solicitors is seeking a legal secretary.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing customer agreements, extracting relevant information and providing commercially pragmatic advice to the business on risks to help shape strategy
Sign off on external collateral – letters, emails, notices.
Assisting in the training of teams on key legal issues arising out of the strategic projects.
Idea generation and solution implementation to improve ways of working and knowledge sharing.
Contributing to transformational projects and process improvement, demonstrating ability to constructively challenge the status quo and improve existing processes.

Experience Needed

Interest in working in a commercial in-house environment with the aptitude to quickly understand legal processes
Good negotiation and influencing skills.
Able to take ownership of projects and tasks and drive them to successful completion.
Able to act under limited supervision when appropriate.
Full Training will also be provided.
