Ernulf Academy is an 11-16 comprehensive academy which is really on the move. Based in St.Neots in Cambridgeshire, Ernulf Academy has an increasing roll with over 700 students. As a truly comprehensive and inclusive academy, the school is proud of its place within the local community. This is reflected in our approach to all areas of our work. From supporting students preparing for Oxbridge through to working with the most vulnerable Ernulf Academy embraces everyone.
The role:
Examination invigilators play a vital role throughout the academic year supporting internal and external examinations for all year groups at the academy. The role requires you to be patient and supportive of our students whilst adhering to the JCQ guidance for examinations. Invigilation my be in a hall venue with a whole year group supported by other colleagues or in a small room venue supporting more vulnerable students. There will be numerous ‘examination periods’ throughout the year, some being internal examinations and the key period of mid-May to mid-June for the GCSE examinations.
You will:
