Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a leading private Healthcare organisation, who develop innovative solutions for patients to have quality clinical care delivered in the comfort of their own homes. At present, we are in search for a Physiotherapist to join their team of professionals in Crawley, Horsham and Caterham areas.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Physiotherapist interested in working within the community, however wanting more one on one time with patients than traditionally offered in this setting. Our client is looking for someone who can deliver effective and high-quality therapy to patients in their own homes, in order to help maximise their function and level of independent living. Patients will have been discharged from hospital early, therefore will be predominantly requiring short term care for a variety of conditions.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will need to be a fully qualified Physiotherapist with a current registration to the HCPC. They can be experienced or newly qualified with knowledge of current issues in professional practice with particular relevance to the service.
This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with occasional weekend working
Requirements
- Degree level educated, or equivalent.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Previous experience of working in an acute care setting, ideally having completed rotations in respiratory, orthopaedics, surgery and care of the elderly.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools
- Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management Ability to work autonomously, whilst being an effective team player
- Demonstrate and maintain standards of professional competency in line with code of conduct
- Previous experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Track record of delivering 'rapid response' services
- I.T. Skills including email, excel
Location
This community-based role will cover the areas of Crawley, Horsham, Caterham, Redhill, Horley, Copthorne, Dorking and Oxted.
