Founded in 2020 by Darren Ypey, Chris Davis and Neil Foster, TSM Void Energy Service is an award-winning team with 20 years’ experience. We currently manage 800,000 properties on behalf of our clients across the UK. Our founders recognised that void energy service isn't just about switching energy supply for the void period it's so much more than that.
We have exciting plans to grow our business over the next 12 months and are looking for ambitious people to join our exciting journey. This role will allow you to build processes, develop existing staff and build a successful and excellent service led business.
Role.
Operations Manager – Hertfordshire/Essex Location Up to £40,000 per annum + 10% annual bonus + holiday + pension scheme + company benefits.

This role would suit either someone experienced in operations or customer service who is looking to move into a more senior role within a company that operate to the highest standards whilst offering excellent employee benefits.
The role: Running a team of 6 people with plans to grow to 12 people within 12 months.
- Oversee all processes within team
- Responsible for workflow, making sure it is efficient, cost effective by ensuring the smooth running of the department.
- Ensuring KPIs are met, and key objectives are reached and maintained.
- Coach train and develop people within the team
- Build relationships with both clients and energy partners to enhance our relationships.
- Manage team performance to deliver excellent service deliver.
- Build and develop processes for business and team structure.
The person: • Either an experienced operations manager or customer service manager looking to move into a senior role.
- Ideally experience within energy or housing sector. Not essentials as full product training provided.
- Proven track record of leading and managing highly skilled teams.
- True leader who believes is developing others.
