Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to lead a team at an Italian restaurant opening soon in Hartlepool! You will be a key part of the team, and will lead the Front of House staff.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Greeting & Seating customers
- Directing and managing waiting staff
- Scheduling staff shifts, writing rotas
- Taking bookings
- Liaison with kitchen staff
- Learning and understanding the food, drinks & cocktail menu
- Handling customer queries and complaints
- Able to train wait staff
Experience required:
- Previous experience in this role or many years in the industry as a whole
- Health & Safety adherence and documentation
- Food Safety adherence
- Experience managing front of house staff
This role offers a starting salary of £27,000 - £30,000 according to your previous experience, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
