Did you know that according to research, men are likely to apply for a job even if they only meet 50-60% of the job requirements, while women and other minorities often wait until they match up to 99% of the criteria before applying? But here's the good news - if you feel you're a fit for our role, we still want you to apply. Even if you don't tick every single box, we'd still love to hear from you. In fact, we encourage underrepresented talent to apply for all of our roles and support accessibility needs. So don't hesitate to submit your application, and let's work together towards a more inclusive workplace!
