Our Claims team provide an end-to-end accident management service for our clients. They ensure that all customers reporting an incident receive the very highest standard of customer service while accurately assessing incident liability for repair management. Your role requires a strong focus on operational targets as you liaise with Brokers, Insurers, and Customers.
As a Claims Handler, you will be interacting with a wide variety of people every day, so you will need to be able to adapt your approach, listen and understand our customer needs. Your objective will be to focus on reducing claim costs by closely managing the claim lifecycle, whilst delivering a friendly customer service experience to our clients.

About You:
Experience or knowledge in handling Claims or Motor Insurance would be ideal but it’s not essential. What is most important to us is that you have:
