Wise May are looking for a HR Business Partner to join this rapidly growing business in the heart of the City. A real opportunity to bring best practice idea’s and strategies to life.
- Working closely with the Head of HR.
- Acting as one of the two HRBP's for the company in the UK.
- HR Business Partner with Stake Holders in a global capacity experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Flexible Industry experience - ideally looking for someone with fresh ideas and a fresh perspective.
- Passionate about the people side of Human Resources and getting involved with projects around DE and I and Well Being as well as support the transition to a new HRIS.

- Duties will include recruitment, rewards, employee cycle, performance management, updating policies and procedures, reports and audits and salary reviews.
- You will build strong internal relationships and work closely with the HR Team whilst working independently managing your own stakeholder group.
