You will be responsible for:
Assisting with customer queries using a customer helpdesk;
Answering customer calls, and recording and disseminating leads;
Handling contracts and scheduling the delivery of consultancy work;
Undertaking administrative duties; and
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous customer service experience;
Problem-solving skills; and
An eye for detail and accuracy.
You may have:
Salesforce experience or experience using a CRM system;
Experience handling tickets in a customer helpdesk (Zendesk or similar); and
A degree or equivalent qualification.

Remuneration: Up to £30,000 p.a. (depending on experience)
Basis: Full-time, permanent
