Milestones Trust is offering a unique and exciting opportunity for you to be a part of new service development in the Sea Mills area of Bristol. We are looking for a team of Support Workers who will support young people with learning disabilities/autism and physical disabilities to settle into their new homes.
Addison Apartments are modern flats, purpose-built for 5 tenants in partnership with Bristol City Council, and have been equipped with smart assistive technology to enable people we support maximise their independence.
As a Support Worker, you may support tenants with any aspect of daily life, which may include helping personal care, medication, accessing the community, shopping, tasks around the home, etc,. but also support them to access activities and participate in their hobbies and interests, such as swimming, trips, arts and crafts, going to live music and sport events.

We offer a variety of shifts (including weekends): 07:00-14:00, 14:00-21:00, 07:00-21:00, 21:00-07:00.
- Please note that to be a driver and able to drive a manual car is essential but experience within the sector is not, as we will provide you with all the training you need to succeed in your role.
