Display Planner
London Head Office, Houndsditch (with hybrid remote working)

Salary up to 32k
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Display Planner to join our busy Travel Head Office based in Houndsditch London. You’ll support the Micro Space Manager with developing ranges and creating planograms (and/or display guidelines) using the best visual merchandising principles which deliver optimal availability, sales and profit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analysis of data to ensure optimum range construction and ongoing improvement of the customer offer
- Building relationships with suppliers over range merchandising and product positioning
- Creating planograms using in-house systems
- Building internal relationships with operations and trading
- Management of range and store grading to ensure right product in right store
- Ensuring new and refitted stores have correct planograms for opening
- Sales analysis, trend reporting and micro space analysis
- Keep up to date on competitor ranges and display techniques
What we are looking for:
- Ideally you will have relevant work experience in a visual merchandising role
- Candidates will also be considered with relevant work experience in retail having dealt with planograms on the shop floor in previous roles.
- Sound working knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables/V-Look Ups) and an ability to interpret detailed reports
- High level of numeracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong commercial skills and market interpretation
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Engaging, influencing and negotiation
