ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:
Applications will be rejected if candidates do not meet all of the aforementioned essential requirements for the IPS Interviewer role.
This post will be filled using a Civil Service Success Profiles based approach where you will be required to demonstrate your suitability for the post. As part of the application you are also required to complete a personal statement detailing your experience and suitability for the role. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR VIDEO INTERVIEW:
Successful candidates invited to interview will be asked questions that involve you demonstrating your communication and influencing skills, team working skills and digital skills. During the interview the essential requirements are:
Communicating and Influencing:
Communicate purpose and direction with clarity, integrity and enthusiasm.
Respect the needs, responses and opinions of others.
Team working skills, working together:
Contribute to the work of the team, building supportive relationships.
Digital skills:
Candidate has examples of using digital technology either in their professional or private life.
In cases where there is a high number of applications, the sift pass mark may be adjusted and candidates will be invited to interview in merit order, i.e. those scoring the highest. Feedback will only be provided if you attend an interview.
As part of the application you are required to complete a personal statement of no more than 1000 words on your application detailing your suitability for the role. Please ensure that you download and read the Candidate Information Pack before completing your personal statement.
A reserve list may be held for a period up to 6 months from which further appointments may be made.
