Who You Are
You're a diligent, entrepreneurial self-starter: you love all things interdisciplinary, marketing and brand and are energised by taking full responsibility for a brand's tone of voice and content requirements from inception through to execution.-
You're wildly creative, you recognise the importance of testing truly innovative ideas to make the brand's tone of voice challenger, consistent yet compelling.

You have experience of working in a marketing role and are comfortable with working in a collaborative, fast-paced start-up environment with some degree of ambiguity.

Execution is your middle name: you're a doer. You recognise that strategy and planning can only get you so far and that high growth is dependent on getting things done to a high standard.

Copywriting for different audiences comes naturally to you. Whether you're trying to target school goers or leaders in industry - you have the knack of capturing their attention.

You have an unbridled passion for disrupting higher education and growing a new type of university that rivals legacy institutions. Bonus points if you like spending time with academics.

You can write impactful social content and enjoy long form blog writing as well.

What the job involves
- Being tone of voice in the world! The question being, what should a university challenger voice be? Cheeky? Funny? Intellectual? We need your help to decide.

Owning the end-to-end funnel of content on our website, prospectus, social channels and all marketing materials.

Kickstarting, monitoring and evaluating content strategies across all channels.

Collaborating as a member of a cross functional team on developing new educational content.

Create unique, memorable and helpful content for our customer segments, and for all stages of the funnel, including blog articles, white papers, reports, webinars, product sheets, case studies, emails and video scripts.

Creating our SEO strategy and executing it to increase organic traffic.

Becoming an expert on and be able to masterfully articulate our vision and product.

Owning the social media channels and executing a strategy with the help of your team.
