Job Description
Peterborough is one of 75 Local Authority areas that has received national Family Hubs funding and we are now searching for an officer that can be part of the team, supporting the planning and coordination of the local delivery of the programme.
It’s an exciting time to join as we begin to roll out the delivery of the Family Hubs model in Peterborough. The role will involve supporting a number of workstreams including workforce development, developing parent/carer panels and developing a Family Hubs digital offer. This role will involve working closely with a wide range of partners as well as liaising with the DfE and DHSC.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, familiar with the Family Hubs agenda and driven to deliver successful transformation, ultimately improving outcomes for local children and their families.
With a generous annual leave allowance, a great pension scheme, agile working and a supportive team, this is a great opportunity to help shape the future ways of working.
The role is offered on a full-time basis. We offer flexible working arrangements, but some travel across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire may be required. Most of the role can be undertaken remotely/from home with a formal base at Sand Martin House in Peterborough City Centre.
This is a fixed Term contract until end of March 2025
