An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a part time Cleaner working at a secondary school in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, NE1 area.
On average 10 hours per week, 2 hours per day, Monday - Friday, 06.00 am - 08.00 am.
Pay rate: £10.42 per hour. (Equated pay over 48 weeks)
This role requires a criminal background check via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
If you already have a DBS certificate, and are registered with the DBS Update Service, please inform our Onboarding Team of this.
If you are the successful candidate, we will ask for your permission to access the DBS Update Service and we may also need to view your disclosure certificate.
This location would benefit from own transport due to early start time.
The Cleaner will be responsible for the daily cleaning of all areas within the contract. Achieving high standards, you will ensure the service is operated safely and hygienically.
Responsibilities: A cleaner will be required to:
- To clean set areas. Use of scrubber / dryer, no single manual lifting or solo working will be required.
- Restock consumables as and when required.
- Ensure rubbish bins are maintained and emptied.
- Main duties will include Vacuuming, Dusting, Mopping, wiping and scrubbing surfaces.
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge.
