Working in a transformational environment is an opportunity to think on your feet. You’ll be focusing on four key areas: Sales Planning, Sales Enablement, Training & Development and Data Analytics. Key duties will include:
- Oversee commercial departments including Contracts, Pricing & Tenders, National Training and Market Intelligence
- Partnering with key Business Unit Directors to provide strategic commercial guidance
- Developing sales initiatives, balancing territories and aligning with global/EMEA strategies
- Deploying global initiatives and creating innovative local training plans
- Maximise the team uptake of CRM capabilities and explore improvement projects
- Provide monthly market intelligence and targeted data driven decision making
- Participate in UK and EMEA Commercial Leadership team strategy meetings

What you’ll need
- Significant experience of sales leadership, ideally 2nd line leading a team of managers
- Demonstrable exposure to training, contracts and tender management processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effective expectation communication
- Previous working within a matrix, multicultural and high performing environment
- Highly ambitious with the drive to succeed, grow and develop your new career
- Knowledge of the medical device industry would be advantageous but not critical
- Prior history partnering with or participating in marketing functions is beneficial
