As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the supply of candidates within your own region; working with clients to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements. You will be identifying and developing opportunities in a pro-active sales environment, showing strong negotiation skills to meet clients and candidates needs effectively.
Realistically in your 1st year you could be earning up to £30k.
