As an Exams officer with The Sheffield College, you’ll join a successful team with a strong work ethic supported by robust processes and supportive Line Management.
As the Data Services and Exams team, we take great pride in actively improving our approach to exam events with an innovative mindset, continually embracing new technologies and practices.
You will be carrying out the full breadth of Exams Officer duties, such as:
- Coordinate the registration of students with Awarding Bodies
- Facilitate exam delivery ensuring an outstanding student experience
- Supervision of Data Administrators to ensure exam tasks are completed accurately
- Coordinate the use of Exam invigilators & facilitate exam events as per JCQ guidance
- Champion our single-minded commitment to putting students first
- Exemplify our values of Inclusivity, Diversity, and Celebrating Achievement
After your first year with us, success in this role would look like:
- Maintained compliance in JCQ inspections
- Continued timely and accurate registration of students ensuring exam costs are within budget
- Overall team performance, successful meeting of deadlines and positive feedback from stakeholders
