Key Responsibilities:

• Regular admin support including updating reports, sending emails and diary management
• Produce powerpoint updates, excel spreadsheets and word documents as required
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and offer a high level of customer focused service to all
• Process PO’s and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• File any relevant correspondence
• To take a proactive approach to reviewing/updating processes where necessary
