The Role: Partnerships Lead
The Partnerships Lead will support the delivery of the Partnerships strategy by working closely with the Global Partnerships Manager, Brand team, Events team, Digital team, Retail team, Social team, PR team and external suppliers and agencies and other key areas of the business and wider Ineos Group.
Duties of the Partnerships Lead:
- Support Global Partnerships Manager in development of Global Partnerships strategy that extends reach into target audiences and delivers increased brand awareness and conversion
- Lead partnership campaign development and activation with a focus on brand awareness and achieving desired number of community experiences
- Day to day partnership activation agency management writing clear and inspiring briefs.
- Lead the development of a Global Partnerships toolkit to enable all markets to effectively activate Global partners
- Take ownership of the KPI framework for Global and Regional partnership activity, ensuring a regular cadence of reporting
- Maintain a regular liaison with INEOS Sport to ensure alignment with Group strategy
For our Partnerships Lead we are looking for:
- Experience working with sponsorship/partnership properties across all areas of the marketing mix.
- Digital understanding and operational deployment of campaigns
- Project management experience and working towards tight and flexible deadlines.
- Budget management experience
- Experience working in global markets
- Used to managing agencies with ability to inspire the best possible performance from them
- Management of senior Stakeholders
