Within our International Consulting organization, the recently created International Consulting Sales team is responsible for bringing together the needs of sales and consulting throughout the entirety of the sales process and through the transition into delivery. The International Consulting Sales team work collaboratively across the globe to create consistency across processes while working closely with our sales team and clients to provide the right strategic approach for their future implementations. There are many opportunities to bring new and innovative thinking to how our internal teams work together and with our clients to achieve the best outcome such as driving processes to create global standardization in consulting sales. The team works across multiple markets and regions to provide guidance on new solutions/offerings within the market through the sales process and ensure value outcomes are clear and a guiding light in sales conversations. The team creates strategies to support client advancement through optimization and brings vision to the future needs of consulting through understanding where clients are at today and where they will need to go next.
As a Senior Consulting Services Sales Lead, you will play a key role in supporting consulting sales across international professional services. You will be tasked with developing and managing a holistic approach to the client consulting relationship, including sales, implementation strategy and integration with Oracle Health. You will have the opportunity to work in a global team supporting various regions as business need requires. This will range from large tender responses to new clients through to optimization conversations with existing clients leveraging solution knowledge, market knowledge with value-driven outcomes in mind.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related work experience
Minimum 4 years of consulting, software implementation or relationship management work experience
Minimum 2 years of healthcare information technology experience in either sales, business development or consulting
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer requirements to product & services mapping for proposals
Ability to write scope and contract language for engagements, good writing skills
Ability to work with work effort/ financial estimates (Excel skills)
Experience working with electronic health records
